Job Summary

As an Advanced AWS Partner with migration & modernization competency, cirrusgo expects Cloud Engineers to uphold AWS best practices across all engagements and contribute to the company’s competency and program readiness goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end cloud migration projects including discovery, planning, server replication, database migration, application cutover, and post-migration validation.
• Perform lift-and-shift, re-platform, and re-host migrations using AWS Migration Hub, AWS MGN (Application Migration Service), AWS DMS, and AWS SMS.
• Deploy and configure AWS infrastructure services including EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, ELB, Route 53, CloudFront, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Implement infrastructure as code using CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK for repeatable and consistent deployments.
• Configure and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, AWS Config, and third-party tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Perform operational tasks including patching, backup management, disaster recovery testing, and incident response within managed services SLAs.
• Conduct Well-Architected reviews and remediate high-risk indicators (HRIs) under guidance from senior engineers.
• Support cost optimization initiatives including right-sizing, Reserved Instance recommendations, and Savings Plans analysis.
• Implement security best practices including IAM policies, security groups, NACLs, encryption, and compliance controls.
• Document migration runbooks, operational procedures, and technical configurations.
• Participate in on-call rotations for managed services customers as required.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects during technical handover and implementation phases.
• Escalate complex technical issues to Senior Cloud Engineers or the Managed Services Team Lead.
• Actively pursue AWS certifications and contribute to cirrusgo’s certification targets.
• Adhere to cirrusgo standards, security guidelines, ethical conduct, and professional behavior at all times.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-4 years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure, or systems administration with AWS focus
• Strong understanding of networking (VPC, subnets, routing, VPN, Direct Connect), compute (EC2, ECS), storage (S3, EBS, EFS), and database services (RDS, DynamoDB)
• Hands-on experience with AWS migration tools (MGN, DMS, SMS, Migration Hub) and migration methodologies
• Experience with infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK)
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix)
• Basic understanding of security, compliance, and IAM best practices
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to document technical work clearly
• At least AWS Solutions Architect – Associate or AWS SysOps Administrator – Associate
• AWS Cloud Practitioner (acceptable for entry-level candidates)
• Linux and/or Windows server administration experience

Job Summary

The DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining container orchestration platforms, and modern application deployment infrastructure on AWS. This role focuses on Kubernetes, containerization, and application modernization helping customers transform legacy applications into cloud-native, container-based architectures. 

Working within cirrusgo's Service Delivery team, the DevOps Engineer implements container platforms (EKS, ECS), builds automated deployment pipelines, and supports customers in modernizing their application workloads. The role requires strong hands-on skills in Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD tooling, and AWS container and serverless services.

As an Advanced AWS Partner with migration & modernization and DevOps competencies, cirrusgo expects DevOps Engineers to apply AWS best practices for containerized and modern application workloads, contribute to the company’s competency goals, and maintain active AWS certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain containerized application environments using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and container registries (ECR).
• Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters on AWS (EKS) including cluster configuration, node groups, networking, storage, and RBAC. 
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
• Support application modernization projects including containerizing legacy applications, implementing microservices patterns, and migrating to container-based architectures.
• Implement GitOps practices using ArgoCD, Flux, or equivalent tools for declarative infrastructure and application deployment.
• Configure and manage service mesh (AWS App Mesh, Istio), ingress controllers, and API gateways for containerized workloads.
• Implement container security best practices including image scanning, runtime security, network policies, pod security standards, and secrets management.
• Design and implement monitoring and observability for containerized workloads using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch Container Insights, and distributed tracing.
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK for container platform infrastructure.
• Automate operational tasks including scaling, self-healing, log aggregation, and backup for container workloads.
• Support serverless application patterns using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and EventBridge where applicable.
• Collaborate with development teams and Solutions Architects on application architecture decisions for containerized deployments.
• Document deployment procedures, container platform configurations, and operational runbooks.
• Actively pursue AWS and Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, AWS DevOps Professional).
• Adhere to cirrusgo standards, security guidelines, ethical conduct, and professional behavior at all times.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud engineering with focus on containers and Kubernetes
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS preferred) including cluster management, Helm charts, networking, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of AWS container services (EKS, ECS, ECR, Fargate) and serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway)
• Proficiency with Docker and container lifecycle management
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK)
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or ArgoCD)
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability for containers (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch Container Insights
• Basic understanding of application architecture patterns (microservices, 12-factor apps, event-driven)

Job Summary

The Product Manager-AI Products owns the vision, roadmap, and commercial success of CirrusGo's AI portfolio, aligned to CirrusGo's AWS/AI strategy. Working with engineering, ML, solution architects, and design, this role runs discovery, owns backlog prioritization, and drives AI-specific decisions — evaluation criteria, model selection, and guardrails — with FinOps and compliance built in from the start.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for both portfolios; align to CirrusGo's AWS/AI strategy and KSA market.
• Stay close to customers and internal teams — translate enterprise pain into shipped product that drives revenue, retention, and trust.
• Run continuous discovery: interviews, usage data, win/loss, and competitive analysis.
• Own the backlog and prioritization; make trade-off calls that materially affect the business.
• Work side-by-side with engineering, ML, solution architects, and design to ship in fast cycles.
• Write crisp PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; define MVPs and iterate.
• Define evaluation criteria for AI quality — accuracy, latency, hallucination rate, safety, and consistency (not just model accuracy).
• Own Responsible AI / guardrails posture: bias, data residency, and compliance (PDPL, SAMA, NCA, SDAIA).
• Manage the build-vs-buy and model-selection decisions (e.g., Bedrock model tiers) with FinOps in mind.
• Partner with sales, presales, and marketing on positioning, pricing, packaging, and launch.
• Build enablement: demos, battlecards, SOWs/SLAs, and reference architectures.
• Drive internal adoption — onboarding, training, and change management so teams actually use the tools.
• Measure time saved and margin impact; sunset what doesn't earn its keep.
• Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and metrics to leadership and cross-functional partners.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years in product management, including 2+ years on AI/ML or data products
• Proven record shipping products from concept → launch → scale (B2B / enterprise SaaS or platform)
• Strong grasp of cloud (AWS preferred) and modern GenAI concepts — LLMs, RAG, agents, embeddings, evaluation
• Excellent cross-functional communication — able to translate complex technology into product direction for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Data-driven: comfortable defining metrics, running experiments, and reading product analytics
• Fluent in Agile/Scrum and Kanban, continuous discovery, and outcome-based roadmapping (Now/Next/Later or quarterly)
• Skilled with prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, ICE) and lightweight specs (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Familiarity with backlog/delivery tools (Jira, Linear, Azure DevOps), roadmap tools (Productboard, Aha!), product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo), and design/collaboration tools (Figma, Miro, Notion)
• Experience with AI-specific practice: prompt/version management, evaluation harnesses, and A/B or offline testing for model quality
• AWS certification (e.g., Cloud Practitioner / Solutions Architect) or hands-on Amazon Bedrock experience– strong advantage
• Background in fintech or government technology– strong advantage
• Arabic + English professional fluency– strong advantage
